I had copied tail.exe to a directory in the path on my local pc so I don't have to find it every time I want to use it. Only thing is you have to put quotations around any paths with spaces in the folder or file names, but I'm used to doing that in UNIX anyway so it doesn't bother me. Couldn't remember if I ever had, so I just ran a test to try & voila.
